Eligibility Criteria
Given the High Value / High Commitment that will be provided by Pretty Paralegal, the HOW to PASS: P1 Licensing Exam Prep **ADVOCACY** and **ACCELERATOR** Programs are limited to a maximum of 20 Candidates jointly, per exam sitting.
Enrollment spots are on a "First Come, First Served" basis. Candidates should meet the following criteria:
1. Must have graduated no more than 18 months prior;
2. Must have the ability to fully commit to the Program schedule, no exceptions;
3. Must be willing and able to invest in building a legal services business vs. working as an assistant / employee;
4. Must be an independent self-starter; and
5. Must have strong computer / online skills;
6. Must have a positive mindset;
7. Must be disciplined and teachable.
8. Previous business / self-employment skills are not required, but are an asset.

When you consider the fact that there are approximately 200 Candidates who write the Licensing Exam in each sitting, it makes the HOW TO PASS Program very competitive.
